Ron CarlsonRon Carlson has worked for Hägglunds for over 25 years. Starting in their Columbus, OH motor repair facility in 1998, he’s moved all over the country for various roles with the company including field service technician, site supervisor, lead technician and site planner. After 24 years of Field Service work, he was promoted to Aftermarket Sales covering the entire US. In this current role, he specializes in quoting customers Preventative Maintenance Agreements, spare parts, repairs, and retrofits. The retrofits consist of either replacing Hägglunds’ own obsoleted Marathon motors with their latest technology – hydraulic motors the Compact CB, CBm and Quantum or completely replacing electro-mechanical drives with a Hägglunds gearless direct drive system.

Steve Hart

Aftermarket Service & Repair Manager

Steve Hart joined Hägglunds in 2023 as the Service and Repair Manager. He is responsible for the Field Service Team supporting the United States along with Repair Operations located in Grove City, OH and Houston, TX. Steve joined Hägglunds providing 21+ years of experience in Engineering and Project Management roles from the industrial market. The foundation of his professional experience was built in the Fluid Power Hydraulics, Rubber, Environmental and Mining sectors of the industry. Experiences were developed during his time with Eaton Corporation, GED Integrated Solutions, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., Verantis Corporation and Komatsu Mining Corporation. Educationally, Steve holds an Associates of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Rhodes State College, Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from The University of Akron and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
